Today, i bring you Dream Theater, is a progressive rock band. Its so good, ive listened to this song a lot, i even also tried to learn it on guitar untill i reached the solo and then... wel if you hear the song you'll know what i mean. The band has some excelent players, some of you may already know John Petrucci, guitarrist, usually acknowledged as one of the best in this field. Mike Portnoy, the drummer, also the brain behind all of this, hes also recognised as one of the best. Bassist, John Myung, very quiet, but deadly with the bass (ive seen him live twice, and just blows me away). There is also James LaBrie, and Jordan Rudess, which i dont like much but in this band they fit like a ring to the finger.
Anyways, "A Rite of Passage" is a lenghty song that talks about Freemasonry. Its also one of the few songs that has a video, but that one is for single purposes and the take away like 3 minutes of song. Just for the masses that dont understnd much of music and just hear those 2-3 mintues song that arent much of my taste (rap, pop, that kind of thing).
